Triple "A" protocol - salt

Triple "A" salt:

  • is collected from salterns traditionally producing the best quality salt;
  • is extracted in tanks protected from environmental pollution;
  • is only extracted through sun-induced evaporation;
  • is unwashed;
  • is unrefined;
  • is stored and aged in rooms ensuring a slow, gradual loss of moisture;
  • has no added minerals, microelements, supplements, additives, whiteners, preservatives, anticaking agents;
  • is labelled specifying the date of harvest, processing and traceability of the entire production chain.
