is oven-dried with no contact with plastic materials and in a way that fully preserves its organoleptic properties and prevents damages and residual moisture, thus completely eliminating the risk of rot or fermentation;
has no added ingredients, whiteners, colorings or preservatives;
is labelled specifying the date of harvest, processing method, best-before date and traceability of the entire production chain.
