Triple "A" chili pepper:

  • is grown using crop rotation with no pesticides, herbicides, PPPs or synthetic fertilizers;
  • is produced from native varieties that self-reproduce through mass selection;
  • is hand-picked when optimally ripe;
  • is made from single-variety chili peppers;
  • is slowly dried in the open air with no drying systems, on special racks ensuring the product remains undamaged;
  • is properly stored in appropriate containers;
  • is labelled specifying the year of harvest and traceability of the entire production chain.
