Triple "A" Protocol - tomato puree

Triple "A" tomato puree:

  • is made from tomatoes grown using no pesticides, herbicides, PPPs or synthetic fertilizers;
  • is made from tomatoes grown from seeds of ancient varieties through mass selection, with naturally occurring or manually controlled crossbreeding (not selected for resistance to chemical treatments);
  • is made from undamaged tomatoes harvested when optimally ripe;
  • is made by processing the tomatoes as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours from harvesting;
  • is made by processing raw tomatoes;
  • is not chemically adjusted or stabilized;
  • contains no preservatives of any kind;
  • is labelled specifying the date of harvest, processing and traceability of the entire production chain.
