Triple "A" Protocol - chocolate

Triple "A" chocolate:

  • is sourced from plantations preserving biodiversity and soil fertility;
  • is obtained from ancient varieties of non-hybridized, non-grafted cocoa plants;
  • is produced with low yields per hectare;
  • is grown with no PPP treatments;
  • is obtained from top-quality raw cocoa beans selected at each processing stage and processed as little as possible;
  • is obtained from pure chocolate with no added ingredients;
  • is labelled specifying the date of harvest, processing and traceability of the entire production chain.
