Triple "A" Giardiniera Protocol

Triple "A" Giardiniera:

  • is obtained from vegetables grown according to agricultural practices that help protect the ecosystem;
  • is made from seasonal vegetables, grown in the open using no chemical pesticides or fertilizers;
  • is made with wine and vinegar from Triple "A" producers, Cervia salt and organic beet sugar grown and processed in Italy;
  • is made with manually peeled and cut vegetables;
  • is made by lightly oven-steaming or blanching each vegetable variety separately;
  • is only preserved by oven pasteurization and contains no artificial preservatives of any kind;
  • is not chemically adjusted or stabilized;
  • is labelled specifying the date of harvest, processing and traceability of the entire production chain.
