Nature of the goods

The goods on sale are those described on the pages of, where the name of the product and any description contain the essential characteristics of the goods.


All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The reference currency for all transactions is the Euro (EUR).


All the goods on sale on where indicated are in stock and ready for shipment. The product catalogue is updated in real time according to the actual availability of the products themselves.

Methods of delivery

The available delivery methods are shipment via express courier and via standard courier. In the case of shipment by courier, the purchased goods are shipped by express or standard courier to the destination address specified by the Customer on the order form. Delivery times vary according to the country, the goods are entrusted to the courier within 48 hours (excluding holidays) except for possible delays attributable to the carrier.

The Merchant undertakes to ship the goods within two working days from receipt of the order, except for any delays due to technical problems or force majeure, and in any case within the terms provided for by law. The shipping costs, indicated at the bottom of the order form, shall be borne by the Customer. At any time the Customer can check the status of his orders and obtain the consignment note number of shipments already made. At the time of delivery, the Customer is obliged to check the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the packages. If the number of packages delivered does not correspond to the number indicated, as the case may be, on the waybill, the accompanying invoice or the transport document, or if the packaging of the shipment shows signs of tampering, alterations or deformations that may suggest any damage or alteration to the contents, the Customer may refuse the delivery or, alternatively, accept it by signing the delivery note with the wording "WITH RESERVE TO CHECK" so that he can check the contents of the shipment and ensure the good condition of the goods. If one or more products are not in perfect condition because they have been damaged during transport, the Customer must promptly inform the Merchant. The Merchant will replace the damaged products at its own expense and in the shortest time possible or, if this is not possible, will reimburse the Customer for the amount due.

Methods of payment

The payment methods available are online payment by credit card or other electronic means of payment. The accepted electronic means of payment are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, and the PayPal payment system. All transactions are protected and confidential information is transmitted over the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. coded according to a complex mathematical algorithm that guarantees its illegibility by third parties. The payment process is guaranteed by the Paypal system. Velier SpA (owner of the portal) has no visibility and will never be the holder of credit card numbers of customers who will be managed in the portal, but security is guaranteed by the Paypal system with secure protocol. The system in fact, when you choose to pay by credit card, will take the user in an application integrated to the portal, but resident at Paypal that will guarantee the purchase process. A fiscal invoice shall be issued upon receipt of payment and shipment using the data the Customer provided at the time of purchase. If there are any errors in the invoice or if it is necessary to send it again, please inform us by e-mail at or by calling our contact details.

Right of withdrawal

Our return system called "EASY RETURN" fully protects customers and allows them to return purchased products (Find out now by clicking here). Right of withdrawal Pursuant to art.5 of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Italian Consumer Code) for the protection of consumers, which regulates distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw, if the product purchased does not meet your requirements or no longer interests you, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send by email to or by registered mail with return receipt to the warehouses of Velier SpA at AZ Servizi & Logistica S.r.l. Via Serravalle, 84 - 15067 Novi Ligure (AL), the request for withdrawal specifying the description and quantity of the products you intend to return.

Customer service will contact you as soon as possible to advise you on the most suitable method of return. The return of the goods must be made to the above address no later than 14 days from receipt.

Shipping costs and methods

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over 38.90 Euro. Below this amount, a shipping contribution of 6.50 Euro will be requested.

Any disputes relating to distance sales shall be settled by the civil judge of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located within the Italian State (art. 12 D.lgt. 50/1992); in all other cases the Court of Genoa shall have jurisdiction.
