Returns

You can make use of our "Easy Returns" service, i.e. the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. In particular, it is possible to request a replacement or return of the package under the following conditions:

  • The packaging is damaged and/or the bottles are broken.
    In this specific case our staff will resend the goods and will not ask for their return (it is sufficient to send a photograph showing the state of the bottles received).
  • You have made a mistake in choosing the product and want to replace it.
    In this case, the condition of the product is important: the product must be in perfect condition and unopened, with the original packaging and label and in the same protective box in which you received it.

These are the most frequent reasons for a customer to return a product that does not satisfy or is defective.

Crediting: When the product arrives in our warehouses we proceed to return the amount corresponding to the invoice (including shipping costs and/or possible cash on delivery) with the modality that is shared with the TripleA staff (re-crediting on credit card or bank transfer).

How to activate the return process: It is possible to activate the return process by sending a communication on paper or by email to staff.triplea@velier.it with the subject "Easy Returns Customer Service":

  • original invoice or accompanying document (indicating the order and invoice number);
  • in case of partial withdrawal, please enter the code of the item(s).
  • Method of refund (request for refund to credit card or bank transfer details).
